Please Note:

• Our phones are turned off from 12pm - 1pm daily.

• Please schedule your routine appointments with your primary care provider so they can provide continuity in your care. When your primary care provider is not available, you may be seen by another provider for urgent, same-day issues at our Urgent-Care Clinic.

Our Urgent Care Clinic is available to all patients of the Bridgepoint Family Health Team who need urgent care. To ensure continuity of care, we ask that you avoid going to a walk-in clinic and access your care through our Advanced Access services and Urgent Care Clinic.

Please call during regular office hours to book an appointment. Prescription refills, form completions, or pre-op exams are completed during regular business hours.
